Receiving Electronic Surety Bonds (ESB) through NMLS for the license types Starting January 1, 2018, the state agencies listed below will begin Upon delivery, companies will be able to request these reports under the Reports tab in NMLS. Similar reports for the monitoring of SAFE Continuing Education (CE) Compliance will be available to companies on or about May 1, 2010. In support of SAFE Pre-Licensure Education (PE) and Testing Compliance monitoring efforts, reports will be provided on or about April 19, 2010, that will identify Individuals: 1) who have not completed testing and/or education requirements as of the current date or 2) who have completed testing and/or education requirements since the date provided. Unfortunately, the delivery of certain company reports related to Testing and Education Compliance has been postponed. These reports allow companies to retrieve a list of all outstanding license items set by your Regulator (requirements and deficiencies) for all licenses (company/branch or individual) as of the current date. The Active License Item reports were delivered on March 15, 2010. Several new reports have been developed for companies in NMLS. Please note that topics discussed will be limited due to time constraints, however, all topics submitted will be reviewed and receive a response. As a result, individuals MUST submit discussion items ahead of time. Note, there will not be a live, open forum discussion due to the nature of the virtual meeting. Please provide the issue and any relevant information on your company's letterhead. Submit agenda items by emailing no later than COB Friday, July 17. Individuals who submit discussion items must attend the virtual meeting to present their issues and are required to participate in a logistics call. The Ombudsman meeting is an opportunity to raise issues for discussion with state regulators concerning NMLS, state licensing and federal registration. Logistical information and the meeting agenda will be provided prior to the virtual event. ET at the virtual AARMR Annual Regulatory Conference & Training. The NMLS Ombudsman Meeting will be held Tuesday, August 4, from 3:00 p.m. Individuals chosen to discuss submitted topics must attend the virtual meeting to present their submission and are required to participate in a logistics preparation meeting. Please note that topics discussed will be limited due to time constraints, however, all topics submitted will be reviewed. As a result, individuals MUST submit topics ahead of time. Although the meeting will be live, the meeting will only cover submitted topics. Please provide the agenda item and any relevant information on your company's letterhead.
